Travis Pinckney was featured in the ONE in THREE exhibit during the ONE by ONE campaign in 2011. Since then, Travis has attended every annual ONE by ONE Convention as a delegate and he also serves on the our Community Advisory Team. This year, Travis will be emceeing at the Fourth Annual ONE by ONE Convention along with another ONE in THREE student, Allishia Bauman.

"Palm Avenue Rocks" with PowerUP Jax grant!

Kelly DeSousa, an art teacher at Palm Avenue Exceptional Student Center shares why "Palm Avenue Rocks!" Kelly was one of the PowerUP Jax fall award winners that received a $500 innovation grant. "Palm Avenue Rocks!" is a collaborative art project, reaching all students and faculty. Each student will contribute a personalized rock to a school-wide rock sculpture garden. Spring cycle applications for PowerUP Jax $500 innovation grants are currently being accepted until January 22!

The project focused on fish DNA barcoding that required students to visit sushi restaurants with their families.
